Cyfannedd Fach - Rental Prices
The inclusive charge for a week’s rental of the cottage during 2020 is £650. For shorter stays than a week we charge £215 for a minimum stay of two nights and £450 for five nights. These rental charges include the services of our cottage carer Daisy Wilson who comes up from Penmaenpool to make sure that the cottage is truly presentable after each letting. There are no extras: electricity, and fuel for the fire is included, but we expect breakages to be replaced. There is no high or low season variation in charges. A deposit of £100 for each week booked secures the cottage for your holiday. The final balance of rent is then required four weeks prior to your visit. At that time instructions about the cottage and how to gain access will be sent to you.
