 The
inclusive charge for a week's rental of the cottage during 2012 is £495.
For weekends and shorter stays than a week during the rest of the year
we usually charge £95 for each night (minimum
two nights). These rental charges include the services of the keyholder
Carys Lloyd
who comes over from Cregennan to make sure the cottage
is really presentable after each letting. There are no extras: electricity,
gas and fuel for the fire is
included, but we expect breakages to be replaced. There is no high or low
season variation in charges. A deposit of £100 for each week booked
secures the cottage for your holiday. The final payment is required four
weeks prior to your visit. At that time, final instructions about the cottage,
access and the key holder will be sent on to you. |
